The Starfleet Tournament Update #3 adds six more teams to the Starfleet Tournament
Mod and Expansion Pack. These teams include Betazoids, Trills, Benzites, Tellarites,
Caitians, and Bynars. It also includes a new version of the map CTF_STL8 (Xi Station)
which adds more entrances to the bases via underwater airlocks.
