The TOS Romulans pak includes twelve generic TOS era Romulans --
nine males and three females. They can be assigned to a TOS Romulans
team, and they come with their own CTF flags. Originally, this pak
was released with helmets, sashes, and trousers by Toonloon; but for
this re-release, I've made my own.
