| Building 3 is the residential complex of the starbase. There are several floors of personnel quarters, as well as apartments for civilians and visitors to the base. Replicated goods are sold at the promenade shops on Level 11, and the M-11 Lounge (seen in the episode "Courtmartial") on the main floor is a favorite watering hole for crews from visiting starships.
