| The Orbital Facility is the administrative center of Starbase 11's orbital shipyard, which provides maintenance and repair for visiting starships. The yard consists of five drydocks which can accomodate vessels as large as the Constitution class and two drydocks for the larger Federation class dreadnought. While most repairs are done by engineering teams which beam directly aboard vessels, external repairs are done by workbee, a full complement of which is housed and maintained in the orbital facility's hangar.
