The Portal is a short scenario that serves as a prologue to the Astrostein trilogy. Allied Intelligence has just learned the disturbing news that the Nazis have discovered a time portal in some ancient Egyptian ruins. If the Nazis manage to succeed in reactivating it, there's no telling what havoc they'll wreak upon mankind with it, or what changes they might do to history in their favor.
